This Society publication, of the accounts from Wellington in Somerset, are of particular interest to those researching early ancestors from this parish because the earliest register of births, marriages and deaths does not commence until 1683.

The original churchwardens accounts have been lost, and this publication, in two volumes, has used an existing hand written transcript.
